CIBS offers service packages for companies who wish to operate an office in Cyprus and who would need various shapes and forms of support. These service packages are of indicative nature and are adjusted on a case to case basis.

Active Representation, Bank and Management Services:

Under this package CIBS allocates up to 6 hours per any week (on aggregate) of secretarial and management services. These can be enquiries, active handling of post, telephone and similar, Bank services, in that CIBS will handle the Clients Bank affairs, as well as any tasks normally associated with middle management, such as carrying out of instructions, signing for the Clients Company, invoicing and book keeping.

The basic costs for this service are € 440 per calendar months and payable 6 months in advance. For any Bank Transactions carried out, CIBS will charge 0.4 % of the transaction value subject to a maximum of € 1.000 per any transaction.

Time spent over and above the weekly aggregate average will be invoiced separately (on a discounted basis) and reviewed quarterly. Contact Us Today
