CIBS offers service packages for companies who wish to operate an office in Cyprus and who would need various shapes and forms of support. These service packages are of indicative nature and are adjusted on a case to case basis.

Directors Services:

For Clients who wish to use CIBS' qualified personnel (Lawyers, Bankers, Management Consultants, etc) for actively pursuing specific business opportunities or other activities, such as negotiating on behalf of Clients, CIBS offers Director Services on an hourly basis. These activities could be writing or checking of contracts, evaluation of commercial, legal and financial viability of projects and or opportunities, to represent the Client's Company in and out of Cyprus .

For up to 10 hours per month, CIBS charges € 140 per hour. For 11 - 20 hours per month CIBS charges € 130 per hour and for 21- 30 hours per month, the charge is € 120 per hour. Time in excess of 30 hours are subject to negotiations.

These Services will be invoiced at the end of each calendar month.

For Clients who wish a more stable and convenient payment procedure, a package deal can be arranged, where CIBS will provide up to 20 hours service on aggregate per any month for a monthly lump sum of € 2.200 payable quarterly in advance, to be reviewed quarterly. Contact Us Today
