For Clients who wish maximum anonymity and protection, it is advisable to opt for the Limited Liability Company. A Joint Stock Company has stricter shareholder disclosure requirements, meaning that the shareholders names are publicly available. •  Nominee Services for Ltd Liability Companies

Every Company needs a registered address, a Director and a Secretary. CIBS hires those Services from a local renowned and internationmally active law firm and accountancy firm. For Shareholders who wish to obtain a maximum of anonymity shares can be held on a "Trusteeship" basis for the beneficiary, the ultimate shareholder. The following Packages are a guideline and can be amended and adapted on a case to case basis. Therefore, the Services outlined and rates applicable are indicative only. Postal and Secretarial Services:

CIBS makes available its offices for postal and telephone services. An extra phone line can be installed if needed, any calls to this phone line will be answered with the Client's Company name. Postal deliveries will be forwarded.
